Very unhappy with the service I've received since loosing my 2 therapists. Called in in the morning. The person who called back left no name just a message that they were calling back. When I called again they said the person was with other clients and would call back when he had a chance. Called again later in the day and again they said he was more than likely with a client and would call back. Never called back. Do not consider this professional at all and if they are that short handed hire more people please.

The VA got me an appointment over 2 months sooner than they could, even after weeks of calling to check for cancelations or to see anyone at all. 3 months wait for this type of care is ridiculous, and when the VA does it better, there’s an issue
