I didn’t schedule an appointment before showing up (Huge mistake, do your best and try to schedule one), so I waited in the non-appointment line for 40 minutes. Then I waited for my number to be called after 2 hours and 25 minutes. All because the machine to get your registration and sticker was broken.

Overall, the service is good, lots of seating and you’re able to chill outside and still hear numbers being called. Simply put, the staff have a huge number of people to work with one at a time, but hey do their best to accommodate you any way they can.
